• Take part in the daily business of the Thematic Solutions team 
• Active involvement throughout the index development process 
• Preparation of back-tests for innovative index strategies 
• Identification and analysis of new market trends across different regions for new products 
• Creation of performance statistics and marketing materials

• Enrolled student in Economics, (quantitative) Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable fields 
• Interest in thematic investment strategies and first experience with capital markets 
• Competent user of MS-Office applications (in particular Excel), programming skills (e.g. VBA, Python) are advantageous 
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail 
• Independent and structured working style 
• High level of enthusiasm, creativity and teamwork 
• Excellent English skills 
• You are ideally available for a period of six months
