Intern Private Equity - Deal Team UK.

Working out of our Munich office your key responsibility is to market our approach to mid-size companies allocated in the UK in our main sectors software, healthcare and water/fluid management. In detail:

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

• Deal Identification: You screen for companies in the UK, in our target sectors and identify good businesses with a potential need for succession.
• Contacting: You establish a contact with the owner and explore whether there is mutual interest. From here you try to get to a signed Term Sheet.
• Due Diligence: You also participate in all subsequent steps up to the signing, mainly valuations, due diligences and work on the contractual side until the signing is yours!

OUR PITCH:

• End-to-End Job Experience: You will learn the process of deal-making end-to-end – rather than filling out excel sheets and power point presentations
• Personal Development: We will train you intensively and bring you up to speed in PE skills
• Building your Personal Track Record: Being the sole person responsible for the UK you can build up your personal track record in deal-making.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master`s programme from a leading university
• Experience: Several internships at A-companies
• Money sense: You have an interest in investing and good business practices
• Communication skills: You have strong empathy and can establish contacts easily
• English native speaker and fluency in German
