Praktikant*in (w/m/d) Seller Event Management

Du wirst Teil eines Teams im Bereich "Seller Initiatives und Events" in Dreilinden sein, bei dem der Fokus auf spannenden Projekten und Programmen rund um kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen (SMBs) liegt. Unser Ziel ist die programmatische Betreuung einer Vielzahl gewerblicher Verkäufer*innen auf eBay. Mit all unseren Ideen und Initiativen möchten wir gewerbliche Verkäufer*innen für unseren
Marktplatz gewinnen, ihre Beziehung zu eBay langfristig stärken und sie bei der Skalierung ihres Geschäftes nachhaltig unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du erhältst einen umfassenden Einblick in Seller Engagement Maßnahmen – mit besonderem Fokus auf Seller Events.
• Du unterstützt die Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Events wie eBay Open, Roadshows und Messen und sorgst vor Ort für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
• Du übernimmst die Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch mit internen Stakeholdern, Agenturen, Dienstleisterinnen und gewerblichen Händlerinnen.
• Du bearbeitest analytische Aufgaben rund um Prozesse, Daten und Reporting und bringst Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung ein.
• Du leitest kleinere Projekte eigenständig, kreativ und verantwortungsvoll und entwickelst bestehende Event- und Engagement-Konzepte weiter.
• Du unterstützt bereichsübergreifende Teilprojekte im Seller Engagement Team, z. B. in der Händlerakquise oder Weiterentwicklung von Händlerprogrammen.

 
Was solltest Du mitbringen?

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Veranstaltungsmanagement, Wirtschaft, Marketing oder Projektmanagement – alternativ eine Ausbildung im Veranstaltungsmanagement.
• Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ, verantwortungsbewusst und bringst eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität mit.
• Du denkst unternehmerisch, strukturiert und zielorientiert und hast Interesse an analytischem sowie datenbasiertem Arbeiten.
• Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, Google Workspace und gängigen digitalen Tools.
• Kenntnisse über das Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfeld von eBay sind ein Plus; zudem bist Du aktuell an einer Universität immatrikuliert.
