Intern Team Assistance & Office Management (m/f/d)

REPS – Road Energy Production System is an Austrian deep-tech start-up transforming road traffic into a source of clean, renewable energy.

Our technology captures lost energy from vehicles and converts it into electricity, turning roads into power plants.

We are an interdisciplinary team of engineers, physicists and business builders working on a technology that has the potential to reshape infrastructure and energy systems.

We are looking for a reliable, organized and hands-on Intern or working student to support our Executive Assistant and the team with day-to-day organizational and office-related tasks.

You will help make sure that our office runs smoothly and that the team has everything they need in their daily work. The role is practical and varied, with a mix of office management and team assistance.

• Support with day-to-day office management and general organizational tasks
• Manage office supplies and coordinate regular purchases and orders
• Make sure the office is well equipped and organized
• Coordinate deliveries, suppliers and other external service providers
• Support with fleet-related and vehicle-related organizational topics
• Help coordinate business travel, including bookings and arrangements
• Support with invoices, receipts and expense-related administration
• Support the team with various administrative and organizational tasks
• Take care of smaller day-to-day tasks that help keep the team and office running smoothly

• You are organized, reliable and enjoy keeping things in order
• You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to take care of practical tasks
• You work carefully and pay attention to detail
• You are proactive and can work independently on clearly defined tasks
• You enjoy supporting others and are a friendly and approachable person
• You are comfortable with everyday administrative and organizational tasks
• You are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Very good German skills (C1 level)
