As an Intern to the CEO, you will gain hands-on experience working directly with our company's leadership, offering a unique opportunity to kick-start a career in business strategy, operations, or executive management. You'll have a direct impact on strategic initiatives, support high-level decision-making processes, and work across various departments including sales, marketing, and product management to drive company-wide success.

Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist the CEO in driving key projects, conducting market research, and analyzing business performance to inform strategic decisions.
Enhance Internal Communications: Help streamline communication between the CEO and various teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of company goals.
Improve Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to revamp and automate internal processes, contributing to a more efficient and scalable organization.
Facilitate Leadership Meetings: Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings, ensuring productive and impactful discussions.
Support Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and key partners, to support the CEO in nurturing these critical relationships.

Current Bachelor (min. 3rd semester) or Master student in a technical, business, or related field.
Full professional fluency in German and English.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy, tact, and poise.
