Our Training Delivery is looking for an 

Intern Training Delivery (m/f/d)  

Our team consisting out of multinational training centres and service hubs located all over Europe is providing training and is consulting our dealer service organization on educational strategies for their employees.  

We develop, facilitate and deliver industry-leading technical training to enable our dealers ensuring customers success.

Your Responsibilities:  

• Supporting the preparation, execution and post evaluation of international, virtual and on-site training events, especially our annual training team business meeting in UK in September.

• Learn about supporting projects for process improvement, data processing, survey evaluation 

• Creative tasks working with event apps, PowerPoint presentation, communication by using MS SWAY and internal social media posts 

• You will have the opportunity to work with local, European and global contacts and learn about the global training and customer support organization and processes within John Deere 

What Skills You Need:  

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ag Systems Technology, Ag Economics, Ag Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing Analytics or related degree 

• A passion to work with people from various backgrounds and good communication skills 

• Strong organizational skills and self-responsible way of working. Experience in project or event management are an advantage. 

• Solid English language skills in writing and speech
