Our Training Delivery is looking from April 2026 until October 2026 for an

Intern Training Delivery (m/f/d) 

Our team consisting out of multinational training centres and service hubs located all over Europe is providing training and is consulting our dealer service organization on educational strategies for their employees.

We develop, facilitate and deliver industry-leading technical training to enable our dealers ensuring customers success.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Help to develop training materials for Operations and Adjustment courses to help customers and dealers use John Deere machines and technology effectively.
• Assist with project management for customer-facing training, including planning, scheduling, and communications.
• Support the Training Education Program in Germany (September 2026).
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand John Deere's global training and support processes.

What Skills You Need: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Ag Systems Technology, Ag Economics, or a related field.
• Personal hands-on experience with agricultural machinery.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a high level of personal responsibility in work practices.
• Solid English language skills in writing and speech. German language skills will be an advantage.
