Intern / Working Student (m/f/d) IT Governance

• You record IT licenses in our service management tool Matrix42 and assign them to the corresponding services
• You generate license reports from Matrix42, analyze license usage, identify discrepancies, and adjust license quantities accordingly
• You update the global contract file, document contract-related facts and figures, and categorize contracts in collaboration with IT procurement
• You obtain quotes and enter the necessary order information in SAP
• You support the recording of all incoming IT demand requests and communicate with applicants and other involved parties to share decisions or request additional information
• You conduct evaluations of IT costs within the BEUMER Group

• You are currently pursuing a degree with a technical or scientific focus and have a passion for various IT processes
• You are a team player and eager to explore different topics within IT governance
• You stand out for your independent and meticulous way of working and have strong communication skills
• You have proficient MS Office skills
• You have fluent language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
