As our rockstar Working Student Solutions Engineering (m/w/x):
You’re available 20h/week. You will help shaping our startup from the ground up. The role is flexible and adjusted to your skills and interests as well as our business needs
  • Help our clients to create business value from our products
  • Support us in delivering a stellar customer experience during our clients’ onboarding phase and ensure a positive launch, adoption, and expansion experience.
  • You will implement tools, metrics and workflows that will shape our internal as well as external collaboration
  • You will contribute to our ambition of being a learning organization and will proactively drive our knowledge management infrastructure
  • Collaborate and report to our Head of Solutions as well as the whole Customer Experience team
  • Enthusiasm to work for an early-stage VC-backed company
  • Interest in tech solutions and basic understanding of tech vocabulary
  • First experience working in a customer facing team (preferably in an earlier B2B role in SaaS)
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Structured work approach and the ability to organize yourself
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German, English
