Arbeitsbeschreibung - Internship: Assistant in ESS Residential Customer Service Team (m/f/d)

For our growing European subsidiary LG Energy Solution Europe GmbH in Sulzbach (Taunus), we offer the following internship position for a duration of 6 months: 

Primary Job Responsibilities

You will support our Supply Chain Managers (SCM) who are in charge of ESS residential Customer Service team with the following tasks: 

•    Managing daily Shipments (updating order files, checking tracking numbers and related infos) and preparation accordingly
•    Daily Vendor Mail Monitoring and sending responses to requests 
•    Creation of daily order file lists (Quantity, Master Data Management (MDM) codes, consignee addresses)
•    Updating various systems
•    Managing Stock reports on a weekly basis
•    Troubleshooting SCM vendor invoices
•    Track on inbound/outbound products (externally/internally)
•    Assist SCM and other team colleagues with daily tasks and upcoming requests

Professional and Personal Competences

•    Preferably studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Logistics
•    High level commitment and willingness to learn
•    Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and intercultural competence
•    Strong affinity for numbers and a structured and independent working style
•    Pro-active and solution-oriented way of thinking 
•    Proficiency level of MS Office (especially Excel)
•    Business fluent in English or Korean, German language skill is an advantage
