At CONDO, you will work at an international tech company with an experienced and dynamic team. As an intern you are working very closely with CONDO’s founders together. In this context, you will take responsibility for strategically important projects from day one. This means that you will drive projects that influence the further growth and accompany them from the conception to the implementation phase. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to design your own internship/working place: You will mainly work in the Business Development department – however, based on your experience, you can also take a look into further departments - e.g. in Finance or in the People & Culture department.

Support in financing, strategic collaborations as a proactive member of the team
Contribution to market-specific analyses, operational & strategic cooperation
Challenging current processes and developing new procedures in process management
Preparation of analyses and reports for the derivation of strategically intelligent measures for further growth
Supporting the founding team in all strategic tasks, especially growth, investor and partnership management
Deepen existing research and analysis for more business opportunities

You are enrolled at a university or have already completed your studies
You have already gained initial experience in start-ups, finance or consulting
You have a strong affinity for tech, a high level of comprehension, work in a solution-oriented manner and are a strong communicator
You are business fluent in German, have a good command of English and good knowledge of MS Office (ppt. & xls.)
You are characterized by a conscientious and responsible way of working as well as openness and the ability to work in a team
