At ReDI School of Digital Integration, we believe in unlocking human potential through digital education and meaningful career pathways. Our Talent Success Team supports students from learning to employment by connecting them with mentors, companies, and career opportunities.

We are looking for a hands-on, curious, and proactive Talent Success Operations Intern who wants to gain real experience in career development, community management, and operational excellence in a fast-growing social tech environment.

This is not a coffee-and-copy internship. You will become part of the engine that helps hundreds of learners take their next professional step.

Your mission

Your mission is to ensure that learners are informed, engaged, and able to navigate all career and learning opportunities available to them. You support the smooth coordination and visibility of career programs, events, and tools. Through clear communication and strong organization, you help turn offers into real participation. Your work directly contributes to learners taking confident next steps toward employment

Your tasks

You will support the day-to-day operations and communication of our career and learning offers, including:

Supporting communication with current learners to ensure they are informed about available career programs, tools, and opportunities
Helping organize and coordinate online information sessions and Q&A formats
Supporting the coordination and promotion of upcoming career-related events (online or in-person), including registrations, reminders, and follow-ups
Assisting with the maintenance and quality assurance of learning resources and structured learning journeys
Supporting the promotion of learning tools and career resources to learners and the wider community
Helping identify and document learner success stories related to career learning, including initial outreach and data collection

Across all tasks, you will help ensure that information flows clearly, offers are visible, and learners know how to make the most of available opportunities.

Your profile

Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Interested in education, careers, and digital learning
Confident communicating in English (German is a plus)
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
