This intership in Sales Europe is an exiting opportunity to get all skills needed in Commercial Sales, learning from passionate people that are working together with the same objective : "Developping INEOS Automotive brand"

Your responsibilities

• Support the European sales team in communication with dealer networks across approximately 20 markets.
• Analyse, prepare, and interpret sales KPIs to develop actionable recommendations for market performance improvement.
• Assist the Operations team in steering sales activities, establishing and implementing processes, and maintaining efficient structures.
• Contribute to departmental workflows, handling daily operational tasks and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a business-related degree program (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, Economics) or a recent graduate seeking professional orientation.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel-Skills!) with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (additional European languages are an advantage).
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality.
• Interest in the automotive industry and international sales operations.
• Initial practical experience in a similar role or environment is desirable.
