• As part of the global Project Management Office, you will support the GBS H2R COP Transformation Program and the implementation of our project goals. You will assist the global project lead with administrative topics and you will take over and implement smaller project topics independently and on your own responsibility
• You will participate in meetings with the H2R leadership, regional hubs and customer HR leadership and will be responsible for the preparation and documentation of relevant meetings
• You will be part of the global H2R Customer Operations Team and will assist the global management team in special projects

• Education: 
• Currently you are successfully enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Informatics or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • You have first work experiences in international companies and/or start ups and an strong international background
• Ways of Working: 
• You demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development
• Languages: 
• Proficient in English, German and/or Spanish are a plus
