Internship Global Brand and Business Development Womenswear (m/f/d)

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) starting April 2026 for a period of 6 months. By being involved in the day-to-day business and working on international projects, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the exciting field of activity of the Global Brand and Business Development Womenswear Team. The internship offers a responsible and varied activity in a highly motivated and dynamic team.

What you can expect:

• Support in daily business and further development of projects in the area of Brand and Business Development for HUGO BOSS Womenswear.


• Take part in the content creation process for HUGO BOSS Womenswear, support the preparation and execution of internal shootings and be responsible for the creation of asset lists and their communication to all relevant stakeholders


• Support in the design and further development of the digital showroom and the associated processes


• Support of 3D content management projects in relation to DSR content creation


• Contribute to the entire creation and development process of the Collection Magazine


• Analysis and preparation of sales figures and order details as well as their communication to all relevant interfaces


• Support in preparing relevant information for management presentations


• In this varied work environment, you will have the opportunity to put your university knowledge to the test, to get to know the extensive activities within the Business Development area and to gain a comprehensive insights into the positioning of our products worldwide

Your profile:

• You are studying economics or textile/clothing industry or other relevant studies and have already successfully completed the first semesters, or already completed your studies


• You have very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Adobe Creative Cloud would be desired)


• You have a good command of written and spoken English


• You have already gained some practical experience during your studies and are used to working independently and in a structured manner


• Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, a quick grasp and communicative skills are among your strengths


• You are open-minded, flexible, a team player and enjoy challenges


• You have a general interest in trends, fashion and design
