Internship in Big Data analysis and LLM training in ASIC test development

The Bosch Sensortec GmbH is looking forward to your application!

• You will use Python-based tools for the processing, visualization, and analysis of ASIC characterization data.
• You are conducting LLM training for the development of ASIC wafer-level-test items.
• Last but not least, you will be performing lab measurements on a new generation of inertial ASICs.

• Education: Master studies in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
• Experience and Knowledge: in data analysis with Python, experience with AI training
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a responsible, proactive and goal-oriented person
• Languages: fluent in English

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months
