The research team at the Bosch Center for Artificial Intelligence (BCAI) is providing an internship opportunity for Master students in machine learning, computer vision, or a related field.

• During your internship you will get the chance to develop and implement novel algorithms and evaluate them on Bosch datasets.
• Together with BCAI researchers you will perform original research and theoretical investigations in cutting-edge AI field in Generative AI (e.g. video diffusion, world models).
• Furthermore, you will work with the latest diffusion models and extend them with the ability to controllably generate sensor data corresponding to 3D consistent environments. This project will focus on text-based editing and insertion of objects in driving scenes.

• Education: Master studies in the field of Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or comparable with very good grades
• Experience and Knowledge: in machine learning, deep learning, foundation models, diffusion models or computer vision from previous internships, work, personal projects, and/or lab work; excellent and proven programming skills, particularly in Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow; familiarity with HuggingFace libraries, specifically diffusers, and FM like SAM2 is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: you excel at collaborating with others, analyzing data effectively, organizing tasks systematically, and maintaining a clear overview of ongoing projects
• Languages: fluent in English

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months
