Here's your chance to join the dynamic world of agile project management as an Intern Scrum Master at Bosch. We are pleased to announce an exceptional opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in Scrum methodology and agile project management. During your internship as a Scrum Master, you'll be at the forefront of guiding and supporting our teams through various projects, honing your skills in facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The xBI (Cross-Functional Business Intelligence) is a young, agile and international team with a common vision: "We take business decision-making at Bosch to the next level". • As a part of our team, you will receive mentoring and guidance from experienced Scrum Masters and agile experts.
• You will have practical experience of applying Scrum practices and methodologies.
• Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Last but not least, you will gain valuable insights into how to increase productivity, how to remove obstacles and how to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: basic understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a communicative, analytical and proactive person, who is able to work in a team
• Enthusiasm: a strong interest in agile methodologies and a willingness to continue to grow in this area
• Languages: fluent in German and English

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
