In the group for material and heat-treatment technologies metals, we are looking for a motivated student to support in projects in the context of digitalization of material data.

• During your internship, you will develop workflow tools to process and store material data.
• You will identify existing open-source tools related to the digitalization of material data.
• Last but not least, you will create a database system for material data.

• Education: studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Computational Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: with handling and storing material data; programming (preferrably Python), Git and databases are advantageous
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a proactive individual who can work in a structured manner within a team
• Languages: good in written and spoken German and English

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 3 months

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
