Arbeitsbeschreibung - Internship: Influencer Management ES (m/f/d)

You identify suitable influencers for our brand, negotiate the conditions for the cooperation and take over the briefing
You support the team in the handling of cooperations
You contribute to further developing the relationship between cooperation partners and BEARS WITH BENEFITS and maintain the relationship with existing partners
You will learn to evaluate the implemented cooperations on the basis of defined KPIs and will take care of the success evaluations and continuation of the cooperation within your team.
You actively support a young and fast-growing startup

You are native spanish speaker ( + fluent english)
You are passionate about beauty topics and are an active user of social media platforms in your private life
You are bubbling over with creative ideas, which you can bring to the design of our social media campaigns
You are communicative, organised and have a hands-on attitude
You also understand KPIs and like to deepdive into numbers
