Key responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Implementing automated joint and feature detection in SolidWorks and transferring to MSC Adams Code
• Migration of the existing Adams CMD Library to Python
• Improving documentation of existing library

Qualifications for the role

• Degree (or equivalent) in Mechatronic Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, VBA, and MATLAB
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and mechanisms
• Experience with SolidWorks API and Adams command-line interface (cmd)
• Knowledge of post-processing scripts and data visualization
• Experience in AI/ML for automating joint/constraint definition is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical results clearly in both written and spoken English
• Problem-solving, ability to break down complex integration challenges and implement robust solutions
• Self-motivated learner, quick adaptation to new tools and technologies
• Proactive approach, Initiative to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
