Project Ownership: Take responsibility for smaller projects and contribute your own ideas to improve processes and drive efficiency. Project Support: Assist in managing and tracking ongoing HR IT projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Ad-Hoc Support: Provide flexible support in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Education: You are pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or a related field. Adaptability: Comfortable navigating uncertain and evolving circumstances. Quick Learner: Ability to grasp complex topics quickly and apply them effectively. Proactive Mindset: You take initiative, contribute innovative ideas, and anticipate team needs. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Language Skills: Fluent in English (German is a plus). Communication & Organizational Skills: Enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
