Arbeitsbeschreibung - Internship Project Management (M/F/D)

To start shortly, we are currently seeking an

INTERN FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

Responsible for project monitoring by information sharing and creating status dashboards, documentation
Development of PM processes and supporting documents
Preparation of status, report and escalation meetings with project members and key stakeholders
Analysis of data for cost down measures, quality items, milestone deliverables
Benchmarking activities for project positioning, cost reduction and target setting
Support for vehicle preparation towards media activities (tracking and reporting to stakeholders)
Enhancing project management through digitalization (automation of reporting, data integration, dashboard development and application of AI-based insights)
Project planning whilst ensuring optimal usage of budget, resources and timeframe
Documentation and presentation of project & development results
Close cooperation with HMETC departments and R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea)

Pre-Degree in mechanical/ automotive engineering
Ideally internship or working experience in automotive industry (OEM or suppliers)
Experience / Education in project management and / or vehicle development is a plus
Passion for innovative technologies, automotive and artificial intelligence welcome
Willingness to travel and valid European driving license B
Excellent analytical skills as well as a problem solving mentality
A very good command of English, intercultural & communication skills
Proficient in presenting, reporting and handling Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel, M365, PowerBi, Planner
