Internship Transformation Management (m/f/d)

CTS EVENTIM is one of Europe’s leading live entertainment and ticketing companies. Within the CTO Office, the Transformation Management Office (TMO) drives a group-wide technology and operating model transformation across multiple countries and business units.

We are looking for an exceptional student who wants to work directly with senior leadership on the execution of this transformation - great for students who want a hands-on role, early responsibility, and the chance to contribute to decisions that make a difference.

What to expect:

You will join a small, high-performance team at the center of the company’s technology agenda. From day one, you will contribute to topics that are discussed at senior leadership level and have relevance across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Structuring and independently driving selected substreams within a multi-track transformation program
• Preparing decision papers, analyses and executive-ready materials for senior leadership
• Establishing transparency across workstreams by tracking progress, identifying risks and managing interdependencies
• Designing and refining governance and steering formats at group level
• Supporting company-wide communication and change initiatives tied to key transformation milestones

What you'll need:

• Outstanding academic performance in business, economics, industrial engineering, computer science or a related field
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to break down complex issues into structured approaches
• High level of reliability, attention to detail and personal standards
• Confidence and professionalism in interactions with senior stakeholders
• Previous experience in strategy, technology, finance or transformation environments is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
