Intern/Working Student (m/f/d) Technical Content Writing

What we are looking for:

To help us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Intern or Working Student for our Content Team. In this role, you will assist the team in developing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is passionate about writing and looking to gain practical experience in content creation, digital marketing, and communications. 

• Write and edit emails, in-app messages, landing pages, social media content, and other marketing and customer communication materials


• Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance


• Ensure all content is grammatically correct, error-free, and adheres to the company's tone and style guidelines


• Conduct research on industry-related topics, target audiences, and competitors to create well-informed and relevant content


• Assist in the localization of content for different languages and regions

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, exercise can-do attitude, and illustrate exceptional communication skills both, written and verbal


• Easy to work with


• Sense of urgency


• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field


• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail


• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory; any other languages like German is a plus

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Basic experience with HubSpot


• Interest in technology and familiarity with technical terminology


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Enthusiastic about learning and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team environment
