Arbeitsbeschreibung - Junior Analyst/in M&A - Internship (m/w/d)

You assist in creating pitch presentations, teasers, and information memoranda
You create integrated financial models, financial analyses, and company valuations
You work on creating industry, company, and competitive analyses
You support due diligence activities
You actively support our Origination and Execution M&A practice and participate in discussions with entrepreneurs and investors

You are currently studying business administration, economics, or a similar field with a focus on corporate finance, achieving excellent grades or have recently graduated with outstanding success
You have already gained relevant experience in M&A consulting or the corporate finance sector
You possess excellent people skills and impress with advisory and communication competence as well as confident demeanor
You stand out for your strong analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills, as well as a demonstrated team spirit
You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in German and English. Additional qualified foreign language skills are highly welcome

You have the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues who have gained their experience at renowned companies like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Boston Consulting Group, etc., and have studied at universities like Harvard, Bocconi, WH
