- Support daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order, clearance, and shipment processes.
- Handle inbound, outbound, and stock transfers in the system, maintaining clear documentation.
- Coordinate spare parts, process returns, and communicate effectively between warehouse and internal stakeholders.
- Check suppliers’ invoices, submit payment applications, and assist with rate card comparison and cost analysis.
- Maintain accurate data in systems and prepare reports.
