Marketing / Creation Intern (m/w/d)

GTM Pioneers is creating the top Go-to-market community in Europe to help revenue drivers and founders grow their businesses. As we expand, we are seeking a Marketing Intern who is passionate about the role. Under the guidance of our founder, you will be responsible for building and managing our dynamic community, generating compelling content, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Tasks

• Support the founder in building and managing our community platform.
• Assist in creating and distributing valuable, engaging content across various channels, including videos, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Participate in growing the membership base of our community through targeted marketing strategies.
• Contribute to video production tasks, including filming and editing, to produce behind-the-scenes content.
• Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A keen interest in community building and content creation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative and innovative thinker with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently under guidance.

We are just starting out and are in search of talents who prioritize personal development and growth opportunities over salary. Our current compensation model will be based entirely on commission until we generate enough revenue to offer a base salary. At this point, no one will receive a base salary.
