Operations Assistant Internship (m/f/d)

Our Bus Operational Excellence Team leads hard operations and logistics for our fleet. We equip our buses and trains globally and we support and maintain them as well as connecting them to our tech systems.

About the Role

• You ensure that the hardware is configured and ready for shipment & operations.


• You plan and coordinate shipments to internal customers in our markets.


• You support with our Jira Service Desk in topics such as troubleshooting and first of line general support.


• You ensure our warehouse is in order, following the procedures and rules; and that all used and returned hardware are updated, checked and ready to store and be used again when required.


• You keep the organization of our equipment and support as necessary our operations staff.


• You keep our databases in Salesforce updated and well-managed.


• Other related tasks.

About You

• Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.


• You have experience in working with hands-on processes, hardware as a preference.


• You have a good knowledge and experience in working with Excel and Jira; Power BI, Analytics Salesforce is a strong plus.


• You are proactive, reliable, and conscientious.


• You are a real organizational talent and know how to prioritize.

You are a team player and have good communication skills
