Operations Support (m/w/d) - Working Student/Intern

We're looking for a dynamic Operations Support talent to help execute our expansion playbook across Germany. This position is available as either:

• Working Student (Werkstudent): €15-17 per hour, up to 20 hours per week

• Paid Internship: Available as full-time or part-time, with competitive compensation

• Limited employment (Geringfügige Beschäftigung)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an early-stage startup team and experience scaling the business as we expand into new locations. 

Location Setup & Partner Onboarding

• Travel to new locations to set up Aware blood test hubs

• Install and configure testing equipment and technical infrastructure

• Train partners on Aware systems, protocols, and procedures

• Ensure seamless integration of new locations into our network

Post-Launch Support

• Serve as a key point of contact for partners, helping resolve operational questions

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues

• Coordinate with internal teams to implement solutions

• Conduct follow-up visits as needed to ensure partner satisfaction

Quality Assurance

• Contribute to the development of quality standards for new locations

• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with protocols

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements

• Gather feedback to refine our location setup processes

Your work will directly contribute to Aware's growth in new locations, helping more people access their health data and make informed decisions. You'll be an integral part of establishing our brand presence across Germany while developing valuable skills in marketing, business development, and startup operations.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in German and English (B2 or above)

• Current student or recent graduate 

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Technical skills

• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness industries

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed

• Friendly, confident manner
