People Operations - Intern (f/m/d)

The position

As an Intern you will be responsible for supporting smooth People Operations in our Fulfillment Centers in Germany, located in Rangsdorf, near Berlin:

• Support with processing contract extensions, amendments, and employment role changes


• Support Onboarding and Exit management


• Support maintaining compliance and data quality


• Support with daily communication with our associates via Zendesk and Slack to their requests and  thus make an important contribution to the happiness of our fulfillment associates as well as the growth of Hive


• Support in recruitment of associates


• Work closely with the Site Leads and Area Managers onsite, as well as the People FC Team


• Contribute actively to cultural initiatives such as events or team meetings

• You have a strong interest in administrative and operational tasks


• You have an eye for detail and work with concentration, ensuring precision in all tasks


• You are interested to deepen your experience in People Operations in a dynamic work environment


• You work independently and are able to follow up on tasks in a structured way


• You have a positive attitude, are enthusiastic, and work in an employee-oriented manner


• Discretion and loyalty are a matter of course for you


• You speak fluent English and German (B2)

• You have already have experience in People Operations


• You have worked with Personio and Shyftplan
