  • Participate in the development of novel materials for the upcoming generations of MEMS devices
  • Provide insights into existing characterization methods, investigate and develop new methodologies for the study of newly developed thin films
  • Coordinate computational simulation work for the prediction of physical/chemical properties of metallic and dielectric layers
  • Study how volatile elements are stored at the surface and in the bulk of thin films deposited via different deposition techniques
  • Plan experiments to verify simulated predictions, and to test characterization methods
  • Work in parallel with expert engineers from the Robert Bosch GmbH ecosystem and academics
  • Participate in Intellectual Property filings, present your research at international conferences, and publish the outcomes of your studies
