What you will do

• Support global business transformation and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain project plans, trackers, RAID logs, and governance documentation.

• Assist with project reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.

• Support the administration of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and Power Automate.

• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to support decision-making and project delivery.

• Document business processes, requirements, and project materials.

• Collaborate with project managers, process governance teams, analytics teams, market stakeholders, and leadership.

What you bring

Experience

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree program and available for a full-time internship for the next 6 months.

• Strong interest in project management, business transformation, and process improvement.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Previous internship, academic project, student project, or extracurricular experience in project management, business processes, operations, consulting, or analytics is desirable.

• Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power BI, and Power Automate is an advantage.

The monthly salary for this position based on a weekly working time of 35 hours, will be €2,150 gross.

Deine Erfahrung

• Eingeschrieben in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Vollzeit und für die nächsten 6 Monate für ein Vollzeitpraktikum verfügbar.

• Interesse an Projektmanagement, Business Transformation und Prozessoptimierung.

• Gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word.

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Hochschulprojekte, studentische Aktivitäten oder außeruniversitäre Projekte in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Geschäftsprozesse, Operations, Consulting oder Analytics sind von Vorteil.

• Erste Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365-Anwendungen wie SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power BI, und Power Automate sind wünschenswert.
