Your Responsibilities

• Adressatengerechte Aufbereitung von Projekten, Programmen, Prozessen digitalen Werkzeugen und Initiativen
• Gestaltung von Informations- und Medienkampagnen in der internen Kommunikation mit Produktion und Instandhaltung
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Simple-Shows, Interview-Videos zum Einsatz in der Kommunikation
• Unterstützung beim Betreiben von Informations- und Kommunikationskanälen sowie Mitarbeit in Change Projekten und Change Prozessen
• Didaktische Reduktion von komplexen Inhalten in Workshops mit Entwicklern, Verantwortlichen und typischen Adressaten
• Themen umfassen Organisationsprozesse, Digitalisierung und Assistenzsysteme, KI Kollaboration und internes Marketing (Storytelling)

Your Profile

• Ein auf Kommunikation und Medieneinsatz ausgerichtetes  Hochschulstudium z.B. Kommunikationswissenschaften, Kognitionswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften, etc.
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der digitalen Mediengestaltung
• Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Engagierte Mitarbeit im Team und das Interesse an einer selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Tätigkeit
• Bereitschaft, die Zusammenarbeit in Form einer Werkstudierendentätigkeit und/oder Bachelor-/Masterarbeit, weiterzuführen
