About the Position

Are you passionate about driving change and optimizing processes? As a Flexikum – Innovation & Process Management Intern, you will gain deep insights into our strategic initiatives.

Your tasks

Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (m/f/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team starting with 01.10.2026 with the following responsible tasks:

You will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of innovative solutions and the design of efficient processes.
You will apply your analytical thinking skills to data analysis, support various innovation projects, and help optimize workflows.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, leveraging your initiative and proficiency in MS Office to make a real impact.

Must-Have Skills

Experience in innovation management
Knowledge of process management
Strong data analysis skills
Excellent analytical thinking
High level of self-initiative and motivation
Proficient in MS Office applications

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with Design Thinking
Understanding of process modeling (e.g., BPMN)
Basic knowledge of project management
Experience in market analysis
Strong presentation skills
Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Miro)
