HR Germany & Global Tech (HR GT)
The HR GT team is responsible for cross-functional HR (Human Resources) projects within T-Systems. We work internationally and collaborate closely with the business, central and decentralized HR departments, social partners, and various company divisions. Your Tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (m/f/d/x) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team starting with 01.11.2026 for 6 months with the following responsible tasks:
- You will support our HR team in both daily operations and strategic projects. You will gain valuable insights into different HR functions and contribute to a variety of exciting topics.
- You prepare information and decision-making materials for HR management and create them independently.
- You take on project management tasks and actively support the implementation of various projects.
- You contribute to the design, organization, and facilitation of workshops.
- You support administrative and organizational activities, including coordination of appointments and meetings.
- You work on strategic HR topics of the future, such as EU Pay Transparency, digitalization, and the future of work.
- You support the preparation and follow-up of national and international meetings.
- You contribute your own ideas to optimize HR processes and enhance the use of digital tools.
What We're Looking For
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
In addition, you bring the following qualifications and skills:
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You stand out through your analytical mindset, a high level of initiative, and strong communication skills.
- The HR environment is dynamic and fast-paced. Therefore, you enjoy working on a wide variety of tasks, are eager to familiarize yourself with new topics, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
- You have a structured way of working and a talent for clear communication. You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken (minimum level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
This position is also possible on a part-time basis.
