Für unser Team suchen wir dich! Bring Motivation und Engagement mit und werde Teil eines aktiven Teams, das verschiedenste Marktforschungsprojekte für zahlreiche Kund:Innen durchführt. Das Themenfeld ist so variabel, eben weil wir nicht beschränkt auf ein Themenfeld arbeiten, sondern über Kosmetik, Lebensmittel, Retail bis hin zu Mobilität mit vielem in Kontakt kommen.
Wir bedienen den quantitativen Bereich. Und hier hast du die Chance in jeden Projektschritt miteinbezogen zu werden. Du kannst mitarbeiten an der Konzeption von Fragebögen und Umsetzung in einer Software. Außerdem lernst du wie das Feld gesteuert und die Daten gesammelt werden. Die Kommunikation mit Feldanbietern ist folglich auch Teil deiner Aufgabe. Ist das Feld geschlossen, erstellst du dann ein Reporting der Erkenntnisse und setzt dich intensiv mit PowerPoint auseinander, kreativer Input ist hier gerne gesehen. Du analysierst außerdem Daten mit Excel oder SPSS (natürlich je nach Kenntnisstand), testest auch die programmierten Fragebögen auf Richtigkeit und checkst Reportings anderer Teammitglieder.
Alle oben genannten Aufgaben gehst du natürlich auf Basis einer ausführlicher Einarbeitung an. Unser Team zeichnet sich durch eine offenen Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Fragen ist immer erlaubt und auch gewünscht!
