Im Innovationszentrum am Standort in Wiesloch/Walldorf arbeiten Teams aus allen Ingenieurdisziplinen an der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte. Kurze Wege, eine offene kreative Atmosphäre und die hervorragend ausgestattete Arbeitsumgebung lassen im Austausch der Experten einzigartige Lösungen entstehen. Der Bereich Technologie/Standardisierung sorgt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Einkauf und Fertigung für die produktionsgerechte Produktionsgestaltung. Hierbei gilt es Qualität, Kosten und Technologie in Einklang zu bringen und innovative Lösungen zu schaffen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der Abteilung ist das Innovationsmanagement für die Produktion bei Heidelberg. 

Mögliche Aufgaben:

• Analyse von Kostentreibern innerhalb von Warengruppen mit Hilfe digitaler Tools

• Unterstützung bei vielfältigen Innovationsthemen im Bereich Produktion, Fertigungstechnologien und Herstellkostenprognosen

• Logistik und Verpackungsprozess für hochwertige Bauteile

• Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit an bestehenden und neuen Normen

• Unterstützung beim Onboarding einer Technologiescouting Plattform

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Selbstständige, systematische, lösungsorientierte und kreative Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung

• Studium in den Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau, Naturwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder interdisziplinäre Studiengänge
