WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a proactive and organized Procurement & Supply Chain Intern (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team for 4-6 months. In this role, you will support our supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. From sourcing materials and chemicals to tracking deliveries and organizing warehouse processes, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and contribute to building the backbone of a fast-paced climate tech startup.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Support procurement of work materials, chemicals, tools, and office/operational supplies.
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotations, and tracking purchase orders.
Help manage and maintain up-to-date inventory records across different departments (lab, production, office).
Monitor deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Participate in organizing and maintaining warehouse/storage areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material needs and support ad hoc requests.
Contribute to sustainability and efficiency improvements in the supply chain and procurement processes.
Prepare reports and summaries to support strategic sourcing and supplier performance monitoring.

Your profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with ERP systems or databases is a plus.
Strong interest in procurement, logistics, and inventory management in an industrial or lab setting.
Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic startup environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A passion for sustainability and interest in the clean-tech or recycling sector.
German knowledge and a driving license are a plus.
