As Project Development & Cooperations Intern/Working Student (m/f/d), you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the day-to-day project development of state-of-the-art renewable energy projects (Wind, PV, BESS)

• Hands-on Stakeholder coordination and management (e.g. landowners, service providers, development partners)

• Contributing to feasibility studies, drafting and monitoring of project contracts, financial models and due diligence processes

• Supporting the screening, analysis and evaluation of new project development opportunities and hybridization and repowering opportunities within the existing asset portfolio, working closely with Asset, Commercial, and Investment Management teams.

• Conducting research on financials, market trends, regulatory frameworks, and technology developments

• Preparing and maintaining structured analyses, summaries, and decision-support materials for the Cooperations & Development Senior Management

• Maintaining project documentation, trackers, and databases related to development projects and partnerships.

• Independently manageing assigned tasks and deliverables under guidance from experienced team members.

For this role, ideally, you bring:

• Strong passion for renewable energy, infrastructure, and the energy transition

• A hands-on mentality combined with a willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

• Strong analytical and technical skills, paired with a proactive and positive attitude

• High degree of self-responsibility, ownership, and reliability

• An entrepreneurial, performance-driven mindset and strong team-player mentality

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in a Master’s program) in Business Administration, Economics, Energy Management, Sustainability, or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on renewable energies

• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

• Basic understanding of project development, energy markets, or infrastructure investments is a plus
