Your mission

Your mission, if you accept it, is located in Berlin.

We need someone proactive, organized, and has a keen eye for detail.

You need to speak French fluently, with good knowledge of English. German is a

plus.

We need someone for 6 months.

You are responsible for

Project Management - 60%

Assisting overall the project manager in every step of the market launch (approx. 5-8

flats per month)

● Checking the flat and assessing the general condition of the flat (if necessary,

submitting an action plan) - 25%

● Making sure all apartment features are in order (mailbox assigned, cellar

empty and free, lock changed and key ring ready) - 25%

● Keeping our follow-up documents up to date - 10%

Operational Marketing - 40%

● Managing the marketing of all our upcoming real estate projects (website

updating, Exposé preparation) -5%

● Managing the Photo & Video shooting of flats with our specific software -15%

● Creating virtually staged pictures of the flat (with an external service provider)

- 15%

● Editing 360° virtual tours and Youtube video of the flats - 5%

In this context you will be moving all over Berlin, after 6 months with us, you will

know Berlin like the back of your hand.

We are looking for...

● You like photos even though you are not a professional.

● You need to speak French fluently, with good knowledge of English. German

is a plus.

● You are communicative, open, reliable and distinguish yourself through a

quick grasp and flexibility.

● You have very good IT skills (WordPress, Canva, CapCut).

● You have been able to gain initial work experience through an internship or a

part-time job.
