CEO Office Support - Working student or Intern (m/f/d) in Quantum Computing Start-Up

In this function you will play a crucial role in assisting our CEO and Chief of Staff with strategic and operational tasks. Your work will contribute to investor relations, board meeting preparation, and business development activities, helping drive the company’s success.

• Manage and update the Investor CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or equivalent)
• Conduct desk research on potential investors, market trends, and business opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including compiling reports and presentations
• Support in creating compelling pitch decks and fundraising materials
• Provide general support to the CEO and Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives and operational tasks

• You are a student enrolled at a German university and in a Master’s program in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in management consulting, a start-up, or a fast-paced business environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM tools
• Strong skills in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work environment
• Ability to grasp complex topics quickly and work independently
• Reliable, structured, and self-driven approach to tasks
• Fluency in English and German
