We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Events Intern to support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in marketing, logistics, project management, and branding. You’ll work closely with the marketing and events team to help create meaningful experiences for our audience and customers.

Assist in organizing events, including logistics, registration, and vendor coordination.
Support pre-event marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media, and landing page setup.
Help with day event support, including setup, check-in, etc.
Coordinate event materials.
Track event registrations, attendance, and feedback.
Conduct research on venues, speakers, etc.
Prepare post-event recaps and performance summaries.
Maintain event calendars and documentation.

Interest in event planning, marketing, or communications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
