You dive into various topics in the areas of strategy, organization, operations, partnerships, and investor relations.
You manage strategic projects in direct coordination with the founders.
You constantly seek improvement and growth potential - in all areas of the company.
You build the team at VESTIGAS from the ground up, establish processes, and take full responsibility for your tasks.

You thrive on challenges and want to proactively approach and implement projects yourself.
You challenge us with your open feedback to continuously develop the organization further.
You have relevant internships, ideally in software startups and scale-ups or in strategy and process consulting.
You have already proven in other positions that you can work customer-oriented, data-driven, and with a high level of autonomy.
You are at the end of your bachelor's degree orinthe master's program in business or social sciences, technical business administration, or a comparable degree program.
You have very good German (C2 level) and English language skills (C1 level) in spoken and written form.
You are highly motivated to make one of the most important industries digital and to help every team member become even faster.
