About the role: 

Are you looking for a hands-on internship in the world of People Development & Culture? Then this might be your perfect match! In this role, you will support our team with exciting projects focused on learning, leadership, talent, health, and employer branding. You will take on your own tasks and get valuable insights into how we shape an inspiring and sustainable culture at Redcare. 

At Redcare Pharmacy, interns receive compensation in line with the statutory minimum wage in Germany, currently set at €12.82 per hour.

About your tasks: 

• Support the conceptualization, organization, and delivery of training offers, health activities, workshops, and leadership programs 

• Create and implement eLearnings in our Learning Management System (LMS) 

• Collaborate on internal engagement and employer branding initiatives 

• Take ownership of sub-projects in learning, leadership, talent, health, or branding 

About you: 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) 
• You have a reliable and independent working style and a natural sense of ownership 
• You know how to prioritize, are open to change, and manage stress effectively 
• You are a fast learner who connects the dots easily and shows strong initiative 
• An eye for aesthetics, and experience with HR topics are a plus 
• You have at least a B2 level in German and in English
