Intro
As a Sales Representative (Energy), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will contact pre-qualified leads, advise them on electricity tariffs by phone, and help them find the best tariff for their needs.
Whether you are an intern, working student, or part-time/full-time employee, you will be an important part of our team from the very beginning and will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product.
Your mission
Your responsibilities
Providing telephone advice to Cloover customers on electricity and energy tariffs
Actively selling and concluding electricity contracts (inbound & outbound)
Providing clear explanations of tariffs, conditions, and switching processes
Documenting conversations in CRM
Working closely with the sales and operations team
Continuously improving your sales skills through feedback and coaching

What you bring to the table
• Enjoy talking on the phone and working with customers
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Motivation to learn about sales and achieve results
• Very good German skills (C2 or native speaker)
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Initial experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a plus, but not a must
