• You are currently enrolled in a business, technical, or social sciences degree program, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, and are looking for a mandatory internship.
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—ideally with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel—complete your profile.
• You have a quick grasp of new concepts and are characterized by your ability to develop practical and implementable solutions.
• A trustworthy, self-reliant, structured, and reliable way of working distinguishes you.

• With a mentor and a supportive team by your side, who will assist you during your onboarding and throughout your time at Voith while providing regular feedback, you will benefit from both professional and personal development.
• Varied tasks and independent projects from day one will give you valuable insights into an internationally operating company.
• You will gain exposure to digital communication and application management processes and actively contribute to exciting digitalization projects.
