Skills / Experience

• German language proficiency (C1+)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, management, psychology, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a track record of managing projects or initiatives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools

• Learners mindset with the willingness to dive deeper into people/business operations
