Arbeitsbeschreibung - Intern Tech Strategy (m/f/d)

You work closely with our team of experienced advisors to provide strategic consulting and technical expertise to clients during a merger or acquisition.
You take responsibility from the beginning in challenging and exciting projects for international clients in various industries.
You conduct due diligence, develop integration and value creation plans, and assess the impact of technology on deals.
You learn about different industries and business models and further develop your technical and analytical skills.

You are studying with excellent grades in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
You are ideally proficient in at least one programming language.
You show a strong interest in technology and tech trends, as well as business strategy.
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment combined with a highly structured way of working.
You speak English fluently.
