Arbeitsbeschreibung - Intern / Working Student Digital & Executive Search (m/w/d)

You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies in collaboration with other teams to win talent for leadership positions for our clients.
You support the identification and approach of executives for digital transformation projects (e.g. CEO, CDO, CMO).
You will create and maintain talent pipelines for future search projects.
You will assist with market analysis, research, and evaluation and derive recommendations for action.
You will analyse data and KPIs to optimise sourcing and recruiting processes.
You support our Chief People Officer in sales activities and create slide decks for pitch presentations and candidate reports.
You work independently and are responsible for and drive your own sub-projects.
You contribute your own ideas and projects.

You are currently studying for a degree in economics, international business, business psychology, or a related discipline and have excellent grades (Master's programme is a plus).
You have gained basic hands-on experience in consulting, strategy teams, or business development.
You have excellent PowerPoint, as well as good Excel skills.
You are a strong analytical thinker with precise and structured communication skills.
You love to take on a challenge and are eager to push both your personal and professional development.
You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and in an international environment.
You are fluent in English and German.
